The Gerontology Center benefits from many individuals and organizations who partner with us to meet the mission of promoting research, education and community service related to aging.
The Coleman Institute for Cognitive Disabilities supports innovative research and services designed to address age-related cognitive decline in persons with lifelong cognitive disabilities as well as in those more cognitively able earlier in life.
Co-located with the Gerontology Center, the UCCS Aging Center is a mental health and family services center operated by the Psychology Department at UCCS as the clinical training hub for Geropsychology training.
Innovations in Aging is a nonprofit organization with the mission to convene the community to promote creative approaches that address the challenges and opportunities of aging.
The Pikes Peak Area Agency on Aging is a local hub for aging-related resources and services. They host educational events, publish the Yellow Book (an informational guide on resources for older adults in the Pikes Peak area), and maintain the Age-Friendly Pikes Peak Resource Portal.
